Senior Product Manager, SMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and execution for either Candidate Delivery products or Proactive Sourcing.

• Assume full responsibility for the product domain, encompassing KPI setting and daily execution.

• Lead the SMB product roadmap to enhance customer value and product efficiency.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the metrics related to the product area and their drivers.

• Establish pricing, packaging, and positioning; collaborate with the go-to-market team on marketing and sales strategies.

• Advocate for SMB customers through continuous user interactions, product discovery efforts, and user research.

• Create personalized, proactive experiences driven by AI technology.

• Collaborate with product teams focused on job-seekers to ensure a robust and balanced marketplace while improving hiring results.

• Work alongside Engineering, Design, Data Science, and various cross-functional stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in product management, with a proven track record of achieving results.

• Extensive experience in developing business-facing products at scale.

• Knowledge of leveraging Machine Learning to address user challenges.

• Experience in creating features powered by AI technology.

• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and the capability to analyze the underlying reasons behind metrics.

• A genuine passion for engaging directly with users and conducting user research personally.

• Capability to tackle complex technical and market issues as a knowledgeable generalist.

• High degree of self-motivation and the ability to excel with autonomy.

• Preferred: Prior experience in a two-sided marketplace.

• Preferred: Previous experience in leading products aimed at SMB customers.
