This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the Dental business strategy and its operational framework.
• Serve as the product owner for Dental Salesforce functionalities.
• Establish and oversee the Salesforce roadmap and backlog, prioritizing based on business value.
• Implement scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing configuration techniques (“clicks, not code”).
• Convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the backlog to align with growth objectives and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate lead management, case tracking, and service-request workflows.
• Uphold data quality and governance standards.
• Execute configuration enhancements, including flows, approvals, and dashboards.
• Oversee user access, roles, permissions, and security measures.
• Drive communication and change management for platform updates.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery execution.
• Support production stability and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Dental Sales Operations, business leaders, broker support teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Manage integrations across quoting, enrollment, broker compensation, and servicing platforms.
• Actively identify and address risks and dependencies.
• Ensure the Salesforce Health Cloud implementation adheres to market standards and optimizes investment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Agile delivery.
• More than 5 years of experience in supporting sales operations within Dental, Healthcare, or insurance sectors.
• Salesforce certification in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
