This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +4 more states.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the Dental business strategy and operations.
• Serve as the product owner for Dental Salesforce functionalities.
• Define and oversee the roadmap and backlog based on business value.
• Provide scalable Salesforce solutions through configuration (using clicks, not code).
• Convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the backlog in alignment with growth and operational efficiency.
• Assist with lead management, case tracking, and service request workflows.
• Uphold data quality and governance standards.
• Deliver configuration enhancements, including flows, approvals, and dashboards.
• Oversee user access, roles, permissions, and security measures.
• Lead communication and change management efforts related to platform updates.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and execution of delivery.
• Support production stability and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Dental Sales Operations, Dental business leaders, broker support teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Manage integrations across quoting, enrollment, broker compensation, and servicing platforms.
• Proactively address risks and dependencies.
• Ensure Salesforce implementation aligns with market standards and optimizes investment in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Agile delivery.
• More than 5 years of experience supporting sales operations in Dental, Healthcare, or insurance sectors.
• Salesforce certification in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with broker operations and servicing workflows.
• Prior experience in telephony integration setup and support.
• Agile certification as a SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner.
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Experience with group benefits products, including Dental and Ancillary products like Vision and Disability.
• For remote work, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
