This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Establish and drive the vision and roadmap for assigned retirement products, features, and functionalities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on current capabilities, competitive positioning, and market trends.
• Clearly define product objectives and outline the strategy to achieve them.
• Lead the development of the roadmap in collaboration with design, technology, and scrum teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to convert the roadmap into compelling external communications.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and growth.
• Define and maintain a comprehensive view of the customer experience.
• Work with UX/design teams to plan customer engagement and collect actionable feedback.
• Supervise customer research to inform product requirements and priorities.
• Identify and address key customer pain points.
• Maximize product value across the organization and manage success metrics.
• Drive product adoption within the client base.
• Create and enhance both internal and external product documentation.
• Develop data-driven, outcomes-based roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners and scrum teams.
• Translate customer insights, business needs, and desired outcomes into prioritized, actionable roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between vision, execution, and measurable results.
• 5–7+ years of experience in product management within the Retirement or Financial Services sector.
• Proven experience in delivering digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-channel platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the retirement industry and its competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to define a compelling product vision with clear success metrics.
• Experience managing and driving product roadmaps utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including people management and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Capacity to deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across a range of stakeholder groups.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Highly organized, with effective prioritization and the ability to manage competing demands.
• Self-motivated, exhibiting high integrity and professional ethics.
