This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the development and execution of the product roadmap.
• Analyze market, competitive, and operational data to uncover opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and client value.
• Establish and manage reporting strategies and roadmaps throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams from Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Oversee the backlog, prioritize feature requests, and create user stories that align with company objectives.
• Develop scalable client reporting and data delivery solutions encompassing standard, configurable/self-service, and custom reporting.
• Lead client discussions regarding reporting capabilities and forthcoming enhancements.
• Partner with Data teams to track, validate, and reconcile data across various source systems.
• Conduct data analytics to identify trends, develop initiatives and programs, and validate analytic-tool usage.
• Convert complex healthcare data into scalable, reliable client solutions.
• Minimum of 8 years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or data/analytics product roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, and data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with data models, source systems, file formats, and data integrations.
• Practical experience in building and delivering B2B healthcare or population health reporting for enterprise clients.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, clinical, and/or third-party data.
• Experience utilizing reporting to showcase and quantify client value/ROI.
• Proven track record of using AI tools for product discovery, data exploration, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to organize, analyze, and synthesize large datasets.
• Background working with diverse cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• SQL skills are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework, Human Centered Design, or Lean UX is advantageous.
