Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Drive product strategy and implementation across designated areas.

• Develop robust product management practices encompassing discovery, prioritization, requirements, and delivery.

• Engage in ongoing customer discovery through interviews, workshops, product demonstrations, and field research.

• Convert customer challenges into explicit product opportunities and roadmap priorities.

• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and workflow documentation using AI throughout the process.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, data, and technical dependencies.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and UX teams to refine requirements, reduce ambiguity, and facilitate high-quality delivery.

• Define MVPs and iterative delivery strategies.

• Evaluate product usage, customer feedback, support tickets, deployment insights, and analytics to inform prioritization.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Services on launches and initiatives for customer adoption.

• Present updates on the roadmap, product concepts, and demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Propel AI-driven product opportunities and pinpoint high-value use cases from customer workflows.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar applications in daily product operations.

• Assess AI-based product ideas, workflow enhancements, prototypes, and user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.

• Proven experience guiding products from discovery to delivery.

• Extensive experience in drafting PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

• Strong capabilities in customer discovery, product validation, and effective customer communication.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams in agile and/or AI-DLC (AI-Driven Development Lifecycle) settings.

• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives based on customer insights, data, business value, and technical feedback.

• In-depth understanding of user experience, workflow design, and usability principles.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in product management workflows.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in English, capable of leading meetings and willing to travel internationally.

• Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.

• Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SAP, maintenance, reliability, or industrial software.

• Experience in creating or managing AI-enabled software products.

• Proven track record of identifying AI opportunities in customer workflows and translating them into product features.

• Experience in evaluating AI-based prototypes, concepts, or user experiences.

• Knowledge of analytics, experimentation, or product usage data platforms.

• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.

• Background in mentoring junior Product or UX professionals.

• A technical degree in software engineering, computer science, or enterprise systems is advantageous.
