This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take responsibility for the complete lifecycle of a strategic product or initiative, from identifying the problem to evaluating results.
• Create a comprehensive roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user requirements.
• Facilitate alignment among Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Develop narratives that link evidence to impact and effectively communicate trade-offs to executives.
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions, establish product success metrics, and uncover strategic insights.
• Deconstruct complex, ambiguous challenges and provide practical solutions under tight deadlines.
• Establish a framework for cross-team collaboration and task sequencing.
• Manage risks, escalate obstacles with proposed solutions, and create momentum amidst uncertainty.
• Evaluate customer needs, operational workflows, and underlying data trends to inform product decisions.
• Contribute to and enhance internal product standards, frameworks, and playbooks for the wider product organization.
• A Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering significant products by leveraging deep user insights and data to shape strategy and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills; capable of framing issues, collaborating with data partners, validating inputs, and extracting insights.
• Proficient in defining and measuring KPIs that connect product performance with business value.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and foster trust among both technical and non-technical teams.
• Understanding of high-level technical architecture trade-offs.
• Experience in leading high-profile, complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in uncertain environments and structuring fast-paced situations.
• Capable of balancing immediate outcomes with long-term vision and platform thinking.
• Growth mindset with a willingness to mentor others, enhance processes, and elevate product standards.
• Familiarity with and interest in homebuilding techniques and processes.
• Ability to use computer equipment and perform necessary sedentary office tasks.
• Capability to speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Adept finger dexterity.
