This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and prioritize procurement use cases that deliver the highest customer value.
• Manage a roadmap that includes new capabilities, existing platform features, and integrations.
• Emphasize headless experiences and workflows driven by AI agents.
• Ensure the successful delivery of key procurement product roadmap items in collaboration with engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to execute the roadmap effectively.
• Establish success metrics such as reduced cycle times, recognized savings, and the uptake of automated recommendations.
• Project Agiloft's contract technology core into a value narrative for procurement.
• Monitor customer engagement data to inform investment decisions.
• Translate platform capabilities into a procurement value proposition that guides investment, pricing, and monetization strategies.
• Represent product strategy in discussions with customers, webinars, conferences, and industry forums.
• Work with finance as an internal procurement customer to evaluate and enhance the experience.
• Engage procurement, finance, and operations customers to influence the roadmap and participate in early product releases.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop procurement capabilities as an extension of the current platform.
• Define trust and governance scenarios that are focused on procurement within the product strategy.
• Create packaging, pricing, and launch plans in conjunction with go-to-market strategies.
• Co-create procurement personas and positioning alongside the marketing team.
• Serve as a procurement subject matter expert to educate internal stakeholders.
• Develop a scalable procurement customer engagement strategy in partnership with sales.
• Support partnerships and technology integrations to enhance procurement capabilities.
• Communicate demand signals to professional services.
• A minimum of 7 years of combined experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish.
• Directly relevant experience with procurement, source-to-pay, or supplier management systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated success in initiating a new product motion or persona based on early evidence, with a small team and evolving resources.
• Experience in defining and prioritizing scenarios based on customer value and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of API, headless, and orchestration concepts.
• Proven ability to define measurable success criteria for AI-driven or automated workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
• Ability to establish clear objectives and success criteria for ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience making a ROI case for economic buyers, including CFOs or CIOs.
• Practical use of AI tools to enhance work and achieve business results.
• Preferred: experience with contract lifecycle management, legal technology, or related enterprise workflow platforms.
• Preferred: direct experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Preferred: familiarity with Model Context Protocol, agentic workflows, or AI-driven orchestration.
• Preferred: experience developing packaging and pricing models for new product initiatives.
• Preferred: experience integrating products into major ecosystems such as SAP.
