Senior Product Manager – Population Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a comprehensive product domain or significant population health workflow within Atlas.

• Develop product strategy, roadmap, PRDs, and prioritize initiatives effectively.

• Conduct customer and market discovery across various customer segments and healthcare stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, and domain teams to transform healthcare workflows into scalable product experiences.

• Identify opportunities for AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to enhance population health outcomes and operational efficiency.

• Engage directly with enterprise customers and healthcare stakeholders.

• Work alongside GTM, Customer Success, and Solutions teams on product launches, positioning, implementations, and strategic customer interactions.

• Define and monitor metrics for adoption, workflow efficiency, customer value, retention, growth, and business impact.

• Influence senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder groups.

• Establish practices for discovery, prioritization, execution, and measurement.

• Mentor Product Managers and elevate product management standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Significant experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.

• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare system, especially in population health and value-based care.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex products involving multiple stakeholders, workflows, dependencies, and customer segments.

• Proficient in customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, execution, and analytical skills.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, foster alignment, and make decisions in the absence of direct authority.

• Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and executive communication skills.
