Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of KIP (Kodex Identity Provider) as the core identity framework across Kodex products.

• Lead the MCP roadmap, encompassing use cases, integration points, APIs, and AI agent workflows.

• Design and prioritize a bi-directional API strategy while aligning teams for successful delivery.

• Influence platform infrastructure decisions, including Nitro Enclave data models and ensuring compliance readiness.

• Foster internal team adoption and establish the platform's internal go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with Integrations, Core Portal, Verify, Government, and related engineering and product teams on prioritization, sequencing, and architectural trade-offs.

• Serve as the technical voice of the customer for direct API users and platform partners.

• Convert strategy into actionable decisions and platform capabilities that can be utilized by other teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management within an Enterprise B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven senior-tier ownership at well-established platform companies.

• Background in platform, API, Identity, or Integrations.

• Experience with developer-facing APIs, identity providers, SSO, RBAC, or similar platform-related work.

• Technical proficiency in architectural trade-offs, prioritization, and design decisions.

• Experience in sensitive-data domains such as fintech, security, health tech, compliance, or other enterprise sectors.

• Proven track record of aligning multiple engineering managers and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to measure success through internal platform adoption metrics.

• Comfortable working in startup environments where processes are still being established.

• Must possess current authorization to work lawfully in the United States.

• Additional advantages include a software engineering background, experience with enterprise platforms, MCP or agentic AI product knowledge, bi-directional API or webhook design at scale, and compliance/regulatory experience such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, or GDPR.
