This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Take ownership of the long-term product vision, defining epics and features, ensuring comprehensive use cases and workflows are documented, capabilities are delivered, and the product undergoes continuous validation.
• Drive outcomes that enhance user satisfaction and guide products towards achieving product-market fit.
• Proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve risks and obstacles that may hinder engineering progress.
• Collaborate with clients and users to gather business requirements at an appropriate level of detail to facilitate rapid delivery cycles.
• Support Engineering and Client collaborative sessions, capturing valuable feedback.
• Integrate engineering, user testing, feedback, and AI assessment to deliver features that are ready for deployment.
• Track progress and percentage completion against long-term roadmaps, structuring functionality and supporting development operations & SRE work into sprints and releases that provide incremental value to clients.
• Serve as the initial user of solutions, directing feedback and outcomes to Workstream Leads and business partners for prioritization.
• Monitor engagement and retention metrics to assess the evolution of product-market fit.
• Route user feedback back to engineering teams and subject matter experts.
• Operate effectively across both strategic (quarterly scope, OKRs) and tactical (sprint mechanics, documentation) dimensions simultaneously.
• Translate technical limitations and trade-offs into business terminology for clients and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate prioritization among competing client, engineering, and business requirements.
• Own and maintain product documentation (specifications, roadmaps, release notes) as the definitive source of truth across teams.
• Demonstrated experience in product management, delivering new software from conception through MVP and beyond within cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing a disciplined approach to documentation.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex customer journeys and iterate them based on feedback.
• Comfort in defining and monitoring success metrics, and making "good enough to ship" decisions in uncertain conditions.
• Expert in stakeholder management across client PMO/QE teams, engineering, and domain specialists.
• Proven ability to develop products in highly regulated environments, with significant attention to risk, compliance, and legal considerations.
• Initiative, curiosity, and adaptability to excel in rapidly evolving AI product landscapes.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM product development, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and the practical constraints of model-based features.
• History of delivering incrementally in ambiguous and evolving scopes rather than fixed-spec environments.
• Comfort in managing relationships at various levels within client organizations without formal authority.
• Prior engineering or technical experience (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI or LLM-based products (preferred).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts who contribute directly to product development (preferred).
