Product Manager, Unified Platform – Health & Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the phased transition of Benefits Administration, Consumer Directed Health (CDH), and Cobra Direct Bill (CDB) from fragmented legacy tools into a cohesive ecosystem.

• Identify gaps in metrics and create instrumentation to facilitate data-driven decisions for the roadmap.

• Conduct customer interviews and analyze data to validate assumptions and refine unification initiatives.

• Take ownership of product prioritization and suggest product direction.

• Collaborate with engineering on Micro-Frontend and backend API strategies.

• Establish common logic for eligibility, enrollment, identity, and other essential functions.

• Manage 1–3 scrum teams involved in both greenfield projects and legacy migrations.

• Align business stakeholders, UX, and engineering teams on a shared vision and the associated trade-offs.

• Utilize AI tools for defining technical requirements, analyzing datasets, and prototyping features.

• Recognize overlapping efforts within product tribes and streamline them into shared services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Product Management.

• A proven history of owning complex, enterprise-level platform products.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Health and Benefits.

• Solid understanding of APIs and Micro-Frontends (MFEs).

• Ability to translate high-level organizational objectives into detailed, actionable engineering roadmaps.

• Capability to balance detailed user workflows with overarching platform architecture.

• Proficiency in data modeling and establishing single-source-of-truth architectures across various systems.

• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities with a track record of achieving consensus amidst competing organizational priorities.
