Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the customer-facing experience within the Ondo Finance App, enabling users to discover, understand, purchase, sell, trade, and manage Ondo's offerings.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of the complete user experience, with an emphasis on retention, usability, and long-term customer value.

• Simplify complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into user-friendly, intuitive, and reliable products.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Product leadership.

• Define product strategy and prioritize potential opportunities.

• Draft clear product requirements and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Lead initiatives from discovery and problem identification through to launch, measurement, and iterative improvement.

• Create metrics and feedback systems focused on usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

• Utilize qualitative research and quantitative data to guide prioritization.

• Develop scalable product experiences and frameworks for Ondo's growing product ecosystem.

• Contribute to the establishment of the product management function from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, including responsibility for customer-facing products from conception to launch.

• Proven track record in developing and delivering high-quality consumer or prosumer products.

• Familiarity with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other complex financial products.

• Solid understanding of capital markets and the mechanics of financial products, such as trading, order books, execution, settlement, and liquidity.

• Practical experience with crypto and DeFi products.

• Working knowledge of on-chain financial primitives.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to define metrics, assess performance, and leverage data for prioritization decisions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Competence in drafting clear PRDs and articulating trade-offs to engineers and executives.

• Demonstrated high ownership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• US hours preferred, in line with the current team structure.

• Nice-to-have: experience in brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth management products.

• Nice-to-have: background in tokenization, real-world assets, or on-chain financial infrastructure.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction processes.

• Nice-to-have: experience designing for both sophisticated and novice financial users.

• Nice-to-have: experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams.

• Nice-to-have: experience in a strong product and design culture.
