Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert business and founder requests into well-defined user stories, development tickets, and acceptance criteria.

• Engage daily with front-end and back-end developers to clarify requirements, address queries, and eliminate obstacles.

• Prioritize tasks, decompose larger projects into manageable deliverables, and monitor progress against established priorities.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and other stakeholders regarding dependencies, timelines, and implementation needs.

• Evaluate designs, test new features, identify issues, confirm fixes, and ensure functionality aligns with requirements.

• Oversee features throughout development, testing, and production release, ensuring that any outstanding issues are resolved.

• Collaborate with Support, VIP, Marketing, and other teams to transform operational needs and user feedback into actionable enhancements.

• Maintain organized and accessible documentation regarding requirements, decisions, priorities, and delivery processes.

• Track progress, highlight risks, pursue outstanding tasks, and ensure that agreed-upon work is completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Delivery Manager, or similar hands-on product delivery role.

• Proven track record of working directly with software engineers and managing the development lifecycle.

• Ability to convert business needs into clear, structured requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, organization, and follow-through.

• Solid understanding of software development workflows, technical dependencies, and third-party integrations.

• Practical experience with feature testing, quality assurance, and release coordination.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where priorities may shift.

• Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or betting is a plus.

• Familiarity with casino platforms and features such as bonuses, wallets, payments, KYC, and game integrations is advantageous.

• Experience with Jira, Linear, or similar project management tools is preferred.
