Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a prioritized product backlog that aligns with customer demands and business goals.

• Define, refine, and communicate product requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, and accompanying documentation.

• Act as the main point of contact for development teams regarding product scope, priorities, and business context.

• Collect, analyze, and validate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Review completed features and verify acceptance criteria prior to release.

• Collaborate with Customer Care, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management teams to eliminate roadblocks and facilitate delivery.

• Contribute to roadmap planning by interpreting market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities into product initiatives.

• Assist teams in understanding what needs to be built, its importance, and how it integrates into the broader product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-centric role.

• Experience collaborating closely with Agile software development teams.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into clear user stories and actionable development scopes.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Capability to prioritize effectively and balance customer needs with business objectives and technical considerations.

• A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering customer value.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Nice to have: Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Manufacturing, EHS, Process Safety, or other hazardous industries.

• Nice to have: Experience in risk management, safety, compliance, or operational excellence solutions.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-powered software products and modern AI-driven development methodologies.
