Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide cross-functional agile teams in the delivery of technology solutions.

• Assist the team in navigating challenges while maintaining focus on priorities and commitments.

• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress.

• Promote alignment between Engineering and Product teams in defining and refining the roadmap.

• Anticipate potential risks, oversee preventive measures, and manage mitigation strategies.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement informed by data, insights, and retrospective evaluations.

• Monitor technical deliveries and escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

• Play a role in developing high-quality solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification.

• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management.

• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics.

• Ability to comprehend technical issues at a general level.

• Demonstrated experience with agile projects.

• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Strong emphasis on agility and quality.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication skills.

• Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Capability to deliver incrementally through phased releases and ongoing improvements.
