Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a prioritized product backlog that aligns with customer requirements and business goals.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define, enhance, and communicate product specifications through user stories, acceptance criteria, and relevant documentation.

• Act as the primary liaison for development teams regarding product scope, priorities, and business context throughout the delivery process.

• Collect, analyze, and validate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Review completed features to ensure acceptance criteria are satisfied prior to release.

• Work alongside Customer Care, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management teams to eliminate obstacles and facilitate successful delivery.

• Contribute to roadmap planning by converting market trends, customer insights, and business priorities into actionable product initiatives.

• Assist teams in understanding what needs to be developed, its significance, and how it integrates into the overall product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar product-oriented role.

• Experience collaborating closely with Agile software development teams.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into clear user stories and actionable development scope.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.

• Capability to prioritize efficiently while balancing customer demands, business objectives, and technical requirements.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering customer value.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Preferred: Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy, Manufacturing, EHS, Process Safety, or other hazardous industries.

• Preferred: Experience in risk management, safety, compliance, or operational excellence solutions.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-powered software products and modern AI-driven development practices.
