This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform, which encompasses the shared backend, hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components, and direct APIs.
• Identify requirements from internal clients and refine the platform's vision and capabilities over time.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop a prioritized, high-impact roadmap that includes key milestones.
• Balance competing client demands, clearly communicate trade-offs, and provide transparent justifications.
• Enhance the client experience from the initial interaction to the go-live phase.
• Work alongside banking and partnerships teams to create PSP and bank integrations applicable to all Payward businesses.
• Integrate compliance, risk, and legal considerations across various entities and jurisdictions into the roadmap.
• Establish and monitor platform success metrics, including rail launch time, client go-live time, platform rail availability, and payment success rates.
• Assist in the development of Payward Services, an enterprise infrastructure platform for trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• Proficient understanding of payments, including pay-ins, payouts, PSPs, acquirers, ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, and local payment methods.
• Strong technical acumen, including the ability to read RFCs, evaluate architectural decisions, and draft API specifications.
• Experience in delivering developer-oriented products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components.
• Excellent technical writing skills with a structured approach.
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and fostering alignment without direct authority.
• Comfortable using data to establish goals and evaluate platform adoption and performance.
• Preferred: experience working at a PSP, payment orchestrator, or payments infrastructure company.
• Preferred: familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms.
• Preferred: knowledge of crypto, stablecoins, or on/off-ramps.
• Preferred: experience across various regulated legal entities or licensing frameworks.
