This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of the network compliance, platform security, and public sector market access strategy for the Catalyst Center.
• Propel the compliance roadmap by enhancing capabilities from on-premises to the Meraki cloud.
• Partner with the Cisco Market Access team to establish requirements and broaden the Catalyst Center into FedRAMP Moderate.
• Guide the roadmap for security assurance and cutting-edge technologies like Post-Quantum Cryptography.
• Revamp identity and access management within the platform.
• Provide a secure compliance experience that fosters swift product adoption in enterprise and public sector markets.
• Shape product roadmaps for Cisco’s network management and automation platform across both on-premises and cloud settings.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Management role overseeing large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience engaging with clients in Government or regulated sectors.
• Proven experience with security and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, FIPS 140, ISO 27001, SOC, or Common Criteria.
• A technical background in networking, cloud infrastructure, or software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferred expertise in identity and access management (IAM) and modernization of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Familiarity with Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in networking, particularly with cloud-managed (Meraki) or hybrid platforms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in a SaaS or PaaS enterprise environment delivering compliance-centric capabilities is preferred.
• U.S. Person status is required for work in FedRAMP High or IL-5 environments; certain positions may necessitate U.S. citizenship and work performed on U.S. soil.
