Senior Product Manager, Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create a significantly enhanced browser experience by resolving bugs, fine-tuning the UI and navigation, and enhancing downloads, menus, performance, and various usability aspects.

• Foster activation and retention by refining the new-user journey and funnel through data analysis, testing, and iterative improvements.

• Provide unique features and experiences tailored for key user demographics.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, data scientists, and TPMs to deliver impactful enhancements while balancing user expectations, technical limitations, privacy considerations, and performance objectives.

• Keep track of App Store trends and conversations, perform hands-on testing of apps, assess reviews and analytics, and transform insights into improvements for Firefox on iOS and Android.

• Oversee app performance in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including monitoring crashes, ANRs, and ratings.

• Enhance acquisition and retention strategies through ASO, store listings, and growth experiments.

• Tailor and optimize Firefox for international markets such as Europe, Japan, and Asia, taking into account cultural differences and local data regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in launching or managing applications on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store, demonstrating a clear impact on user experience and performance metrics.

• Proven history of delivering features and enhancements under tight deadlines through effective collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of the iOS (and ideally Android) ecosystems, app store guidelines, and web browser technologies.

• Proficiency in utilizing analytics, funnels, A/B testing, and user feedback to enhance activation, retention, and overall product quality.

• An innate tendency to analyze apps, stay updated on trends across platforms like X/Twitter and Reddit, and personally test experiences to identify opportunities.

• Enthusiasm or experience in expanding products in global markets with an awareness of local user requirements.
