Senior Product Manager, Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Enhance the browser experience by addressing bugs and improving UI, navigation, downloads, menus, performance, and other user-facing elements.

• Boost activation and retention by refining the new-user journey and funnel through data analysis, testing, and iterative improvements.

• Create unique features and experiences tailored for key user demographics.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, data scientists, and TPMs to implement high-impact enhancements while balancing user requirements, technical limitations, privacy concerns, and performance.

• Analyze App Store trends and discussions, conduct hands-on app testing, evaluate reviews and analytics, and transform insights into enhancements for Firefox on iOS and Android.

• Oversee app performance in App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including monitoring crashes, ANRs, and ratings.

• Facilitate acquisition and retention through ASO, store listings, and growth initiatives.

• Adapt and refine Firefox for international markets, taking into account cultural variances and local data constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in launching or managing applications on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store, with a measurable impact on user experience and performance metrics.

• Proven success in delivering features and enhancements within deadlines through effective collaboration with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.

• In-depth knowledge of iOS (and ideally Android) ecosystems, app store regulations, and web browser technologies.

• Proficient in utilizing analytics, funnels, A/B testing, and user feedback to enhance activation, retention, and overall product quality.

• A natural inclination to analyze apps, keep up with trends on platforms like X/Twitter and Reddit, and personally test experiences to identify opportunities.

• Interest in or experience with expanding products in international markets, with a focus on local user needs.

• Experience with mobile browsers or privacy-centric products (bonus).

• A track record of significantly growing an app's user base (bonus).

• Currently managing your own side project or app on the App Store or Google Play (bonus).
