Senior Product Manager – Invoicing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for Mercury Invoicing across the dashboard, builder, and payer experience.

• Engage with customers and prospects to transform their feedback into actionable next steps.

• Prioritize and implement tasks including accounting integrations, invoice templates, credits and credit memos, promotions, and coupons.

• Maintain product simplicity while enhancing its power as customers grow.

• Identify significant AI opportunities within the payments sector.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, Risk, and other product teams.

• Increase the active user base of Invoicing, boost feature adoption, and enhance customer retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in developing and launching products.

• Excellent product judgment and prioritization abilities.

• Proven experience in transforming customer feedback into product solutions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to manage a product from problem identification to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams.

• Ability to unify cross-functional stakeholders around a single strategy.

• Quick learner, able to grasp a new domain rapidly.

• Experience in a company that caters to startups and/or small businesses is especially beneficial.

• Previous experience in developing products related to invoicing, accounts receivable, billing, or payments is particularly advantageous.

• Familiarity with accounting integrations such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite is particularly useful.
