Senior Product Manager, Gated Communities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product strategy and roadmap for Gated Communities.

• Establish the vision for ButterflyMX's gated-native platform and invest in the necessary capabilities to bring it to life.

• Collaborate with and influence other product teams to prioritize the requirements of gated communities.

• Foster relationships with homebuilders and developers to capture market insights directly.

• Integrate AI into the product in ways that provide real value.

• Define and monitor segment health and growth metrics to guide prioritization efforts.

• Work together with customer experience and implementation teams to enhance onboarding, training, and readiness from day one.

• Partner with engineering to prototype and implement product concepts.

• Report directly to the Director of Product Management for Access and Security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of managing products from concept through to market launch with measurable business outcomes.

• Strong product sensibility complemented by hands-on design expertise.

• Capability to transform vague ideas into testable prototypes that span both digital interfaces and physical interactions.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing clear paths forward.

• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow-through.

• Experience in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to influence engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams without formal authority.

• A builder's mindset with the ability to leverage AI and modern tools for rapid idea exploration.

• Preferred: experience in proptech, multifamily real estate, or property operations.

• Preferred: experience with B2B2C products where the buyer and end user differ.

• Preferred: experience with integrating hardware and software systems.
