Senior Product Manager – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of how AI agents and new screening products are delivered to customers through their existing ATS, HRIS, HCM, VMS, and proprietary systems.

• Develop integration strategies, partner interfaces, API modifications, activation workflows, data processes, status mappings, error management, and standardization choices.

• Manage the roadmap for Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday, the partner ecosystem, and future integrations.

• Collaborate directly with partner product and engineering teams.

• Lead the discovery of integrations, design solutions, define scope, and implement discussions with customers.

• Demonstrate products, articulate their value, and facilitate technical sales discussions.

• Oversee the evolution of public APIs and developer experience, including endpoints, webhooks, version control, deprecation, error semantics, sandbox/testing environments, and documentation.

• Create configurations and tools for Implementation teams and provide enablement for Support.

• Transform recurring support challenges into roadmap tasks and minimize manual Product and Engineering workload per launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product management, with significant experience managing integrations, APIs, or platform products.

• Experience with integrations across a variety of systems.

• Proven track record in managing partner or API integrations as an ongoing product rather than a temporary project.

• Comfortable engaging with customers, especially when the objective is to sell.

• Experience demonstrating products, conveying value, and positioning capabilities to technical buyers and operations leaders.

• Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, data models, and error management.

• Ability to convert feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams into clear, concise, and prioritized written requirements.

• Capable of working with external partner teams and influencing their roadmaps.

• Willingness to work according to Eastern Time (EST).
