Product Manager Intern, Rewards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the product manager in creating, organizing, and monitoring tickets related to changes and enhancements in payment services.

• Ensure that work is documented, prioritized, and making progress through the backlog; follow up on status updates and highlight any blockers.

• Collect stakeholder insights, summarize key information, and prepare materials for provider meetings.

• Address routine internal inquiries using available resources.

• Acquire knowledge in SQL to query payment-related data.

• Support the development of dashboards that track payment performance, processing failures, and overall operational health.

• Identify anomalies in payment processes and compile data for reviews and investigations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for payment processes, fee structures, and operational workflows.

• Provide clear written updates to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

• Take part in agile meetings with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.

• Convert technical challenges into understandable terms and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• A genuine interest in payments, fintech, and intricate financial systems.

• A natural curiosity coupled with a logical approach.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Comfort in working with data and a willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is required.

• Comfortable utilizing AI to boost productivity, research, and communication.

• Relevant internship, project, or extracurricular experiences related to product management, fintech, data analysis, or startups are a plus.
