Senior Product Manager – Integration Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the Integration Builder.

• Establish the integration authoring experience, encompassing creation, testing, deployment, publishing, and lifecycle management.

• Define marketplace functionalities for publishing, discovering, governing, and managing integrations.

• Collect requirements from Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects, and internal stakeholders.

• Design workflows aimed at the rapid development of reliable, production-ready integration connectors.

• Outline the product's evolution from customer-specific integrations to those developed by partners and made publicly available.

• Collaborate with Product Managers for the Integration Platform and the shared developer experience.

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and AI teams.

• Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize features based on customer value, business strategy, and engineering effort.

• Analyze product usage and customer feedback for ongoing improvement.

• Monitor trends in APIs, integration technologies, developer tools, AI-assisted development, and software marketplaces.

• Deliver the first generation of the Integration Builder, including authoring/testing/debugging/deployment workflows, initial marketplace capabilities, expansion roadmap, and a long-term open ecosystem vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technical software products, platforms, or developer-facing products.

• A demonstrated history of collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions.

• Strong skills in product discovery and requirements gathering.

• Experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Agile product development environments.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working successfully in a remote, distributed team.

• Preferred: Background in APIs, SDKs, or developer-focused platforms.

• Preferred: Knowledge of integration technologies, API-first architecture, and authentication standards.

• Preferred: Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or developer tools.

• Preferred: Understanding of integration platforms (iPaaS), connector frameworks, or software marketplaces.

• Preferred: Knowledge of AI-assisted software development, developer productivity tools, or AI agents.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with enterprise software partners or developer communities.
