Senior Product Manager II – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution for specialized AI agents and evaluation infrastructure.

• Deliver large, technically intricate agent capabilities from start to finish with a significant level of autonomy.

• Establish development standards for agents that empower teams outside your own to create high-quality agents.

• Mentor and cultivate junior PMs within your team.

• Foster robust cross-functional collaborations with engineering, design, and data science to ensure alignment and advance projects.

• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

• Report directly to the Director of Product Management for Applied AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in product management with technically complex platforms.

• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts, including model evaluation, agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and quality measurement.

• Proven history of successfully launching enterprise software from inception to delivery.

• Experience in building or managing evaluation and quality infrastructure for AI or ML systems is highly preferred.

• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments with substantial autonomy.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to influence without formal authority.

• A technical degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Must reside remotely in a U.S. location where Smartsheet is a registered employer.
