Senior Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the user-facing product strategy for the Ondo Finance App.

• Propel user acquisition through product-led growth initiatives, referral systems, onboarding processes, and access points.

• Create and enhance the complete onboarding experience from the initial visit to the first meaningful transaction across both the web app and, eventually, mobile.

• Develop features and feedback mechanisms to boost user retention and engagement.

• Continuously map and refine user journeys across Ondo products.

• Lead A/B testing and experimentation, establish success metrics, and manage the growth analytics framework with data and engineering support.

• Collaborate on growth initiatives with product line PMs across various product surfaces.

• Engage with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to create user journeys for on-chain financial products.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in product management with a strong emphasis on consumer-facing or growth-focused products.

• Background in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial products, especially those involving real-world assets, trading, or investment platforms.

• Personal experience using comparable financial products.

• Proven success in owning and enhancing acquisition, activation, and/or retention metrics on a large scale.

• Strong product instincts and a genuine care for user experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in writing clear, well-structured PRDs and presenting effectively to engineers and leadership.

• A data-driven approach with practical experience in defining KPIs, conducting experiments, and converting data into product decisions.

• Available to work during US hours (preferred based on current team structure).

• Familiarity with on-chain/Web3 user onboarding challenges, wallet setup, and KYC processes (a plus).

• Experience working on a unified platform catering to multiple financial product lines (a plus).

• Prior exposure to developer-facing or API-related products (a plus).
