This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Take complete ownership of the Flights problem domain from shopping to booking and post-booking phases.
• Lead collaborative teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Supply, Commercial, Finance Operations, and Customer Support.
• Define and refine the Flights product strategy to align with marketplace growth and commercial goals.
• Oversee roadmap prioritization and guide initiatives through discovery, validation, delivery, experimentation, launch, and optimization.
• Develop self-service options for refunds and exchanges, including back-office execution, financial reconciliation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Establish a booking record and lifecycle store that tracks trips and financial movements, reconciling any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations on matters related to payment fees, markups, booking fees, supplier costs, penalties, repricing, and mid-office systems.
• Advocate for transparent experiences across relevance, price presentation, filtering, comparison, provider selection, fulfillment, and self-service.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, traffic quality, provider performance, cost-to-serve, and marketplace efficiency.
• Monitor shifts in airline distribution, NDC adoption, competitive actions, and AI applications in fare interpretation and service.
• Identify delivery, technical, commercial, and regulatory risks while enhancing experimentation and development processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with direct responsibility for customer-facing digital products.
• Significant experience as a Product Manager in a Flights OTA that sells and services flight tickets.
• Familiarity with multiple flight problem areas, including shopping, booking, post-booking, or supply.
• Proficient understanding of PNRs, tickets, fare rules, fare families, FBC logic, refunds, exchanges, EDIFACT, NDC, GDSs, LCC direct connections, ancillaries, baggage, agency debit memos, and settlement.
• Experience in making product decisions that impact pricing, fees, markups, refunds, chargebacks, or supplier reconciliation.
• Proven ability to work with ambiguous or conflicting data sources to establish reliable sources of truth.
• Strong background in experimentation and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across engineering, design, analytics, commercial, and operations without direct authority.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and to present evidence-based disagreements with higher management.
• Preferred qualifications include post-booking or servicing ownership, operational workflow automation, mid-office, back-office, or reconciliation systems experience, production LLM or AI-agent expertise, and exposure to the MENA region.
