Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead advanced discovery initiatives and cultivate strategic partnerships with customers to facilitate growth in the payer, PBM, and provider ecosystem.

• Collaborate with product squads and commercial teams to pinpoint gaps and opportunities.

• Advocate for customer and potential partner issues that require resolution.

• Assist the Senior Director of Product with impactful special projects.

• Work alongside product managers to develop innovative programs and tools.

• Identify significant partnership opportunities and delineate necessary integrations or product support.

• Enhance collaborations with PBMs and health insurance providers.

• Investigate provider partnerships aimed at enrollment and member engagement.

• Foster innovative thinking among cross-functional team members.

• Mentor and assist fellow product managers.

• Establish best practices for monitoring progress towards corporate and team goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• More than 10 years of experience in market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, or business operations.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry.

• A strong passion for creating user-friendly experiences.

• Ability to think creatively and envision new methods for enrolling and engaging members.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, coupled with a solid technical understanding.

• Proven history of successfully launching products from concept to market.

• Skilled in problem-solving with limited resources and proactively advocating for necessary resources.

• Strong writing and clear communication abilities.

• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to drive alignment among stakeholders.

• Comfortable with data analysis and leading research/discovery initiatives.

• Experience in human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery is a plus.

• Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and establish efficient workflows is advantageous.

• Previous experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with health insurers or PBMs, is beneficial.

• Prior experience with provider-side integrations, especially with Epic, is a plus.
