📋 Description

• Drive advancement across new product initiatives, including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat and RV insurance, as well as non-insurance offerings.

• Quickly familiarize yourself with new areas and translate both quantitative and qualitative data into high-impact priorities.

• Develop and launch new products from initial concept or introduction through achieving product-market fit and scaling.

• Collect customer feedback promptly, utilize insights, and iterate on product development.

• Take ownership of execution and contribute to shaping the product roadmap.

• Collaborate with teams in Data Science and Customer Insights & Research.

• Tackle intricate operational, regulatory, customer, and product-related challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or a similar role in a high-growth startup.

• Strong consumer product instincts gained from direct product development experience or close collaboration with consumer product teams.

• Proficient with data; capable of conducting independent analyses and drawing insights from complex signals.

• Possess analytical strength and a first-principles approach to tackling problems.

• Inquisitive about customer motivations, behaviors, and challenges.

• Exhibit strong ownership and accountability.

• Demonstrate impeccable follow-through on tasks.

• Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
