Senior Product Manager – Delivery, Client Solutions, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead Discovery sessions with clients to understand their objectives, operations, users, processes, and business challenges.

• Transform ambiguous needs into clearly defined problems, functionalities, modules, workflows, and actionable requirements.

• Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities through software, automation, or AI.

• Collaborate with UX/UI to define the expected workflows and behaviors of the solution.

• Create and prioritize the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and product/engineering teams.

• Facilitate workshops and sessions with operational and executive stakeholders.

• Present solution alternatives and explain the implications regarding scope, effort, risk, cost, and time.

• Maintain a consultative relationship with the client throughout the project.

• Take ownership of digital projects from Kick Off to closure and handover.

• Coordinate work among clients, UX/UI, engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, priorities, and deviations.

• Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Follow up with the technical team to understand the solution being built.

• Identify scope changes and assess their impact on effort, timelines, and budget.

• Leverage AI to analyze problems, explore solutions, build prototypes, demos, automations, workflows or agents, and validate hypotheses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, digital consulting, or software project management.

• Proven experience in defining products, not just coordinating their execution.

• Direct participation in decisions regarding what to build, how to prioritize it, and why.

• Experience in gathering needs and transforming them into requirements, functionalities, and product workflows.

• Ability to understand and analyze business processes.

• Experience working directly with external clients, ideally leading Discovery, workshops, or requirement gathering sessions.

• Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI and engineering teams.

• Experience taking software solutions from definition to delivery.

• Sufficient knowledge of software concepts, integrations, and APIs to maintain effective conversations with technical teams.

• Practical experience using AI for analysis, prototyping, automation, or building/validating solutions.

• Conversational English at B2–C1 level, with the ability to conduct work sessions with clients independently.

• Desirable: previous experience as a Product Manager in a startup, scale-up, SaaS, or digital products.

• Desirable: experience in technology consulting, product consulting, or digital transformation.

• Desirable: experience documenting and optimizing processes using BPMN, process mapping, swimlanes, or other methodologies.

• Desirable: experience with no-code/low-code tools and AI-assisted development.

• Desirable: familiarity with AI-based development assistants and how engineering teams operate.

• Desirable: general knowledge of cloud infrastructure, third-party platforms, and costs associated with digital solutions.

• It is not required to be an AI Engineer, train models, write production code, or build infrastructure/models for ML.
