This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
β’ Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Hub and the foundational shared analytics data.
β’ Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams across UC/PBX, Contact Center, AI, messaging, and other areas to define and prioritize the roadmap for integrating product data into the Data Hub.
β’ Establish and promote the adoption of standardized patterns and best practices for product instrumentation, event generation, data contracts, ingestion, and access.
β’ Work alongside Data and Engineering architects to define and refine common data models for interactions, users, agents, accounts, services, features, and utilization.
β’ Ensure that data from various products can be consistently connected and analyzed across different domains, channels, and customer journeys.
β’ Specify requirements for providing trusted data to downstream consumers through APIs, analytics tools, embedded experiences, AI applications, and other access methods.
β’ Empower product and engineering teams to onboard data and build upon the shared foundation without needing the central analytics team to implement every use case.
β’ Balance the migration of existing or legacy data flows with new product requirements.
β’ Identify common needs and prioritize shared platform capabilities that minimize duplicated efforts and expedite analytics delivery.
β’ Define and monitor success metrics for Data Hub adoption, data availability, quality, timeliness, platform utilization, and reduced effort for new analytics use cases.
β’ Ensure the data foundation supports AI use cases, including AI Agents, Interaction Insights, prompt-based analytics, and other AI-driven experiences.
β’ Collaborate with the Principal Product Manager for Product Analytics and the cross-product Analytics SME community to align priorities with customer, partner, and product requirements.
β’ Over 5 years of Product Management experience, particularly in data platforms, analytics platforms, developer platforms, or technically complex B2B SaaS products.
β’ Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, data ingestion and pipelines, data contracts, data modeling, APIs, data quality, and semantic/business models.
β’ Ability to engage deeply with Data and Engineering teams, grasp technical trade-offs, and question design decisions while concentrating on product and business outcomes.
β’ Experience in building shared platforms utilized by multiple product or engineering teams.
β’ Familiarity with platform-as-a-product principles.
β’ Proven experience in translating needs across multiple product domains into reusable platform capabilities.
β’ Demonstrated ability to influence and align multiple teams without direct authority and drive the adoption of common standards and practices.
β’ Strong prioritization skills that balance foundational platform investments, migration/technical debt, and immediate customer-facing needs.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Nice to have: Experience with Snowflake or similar modern cloud data platforms.
β’ Nice to have: Experience with Kafka, EventHub, or other event-driven architectures.
β’ Nice to have: Experience with Contact Center (CCaaS), Unified Communications (UCaaS), or communications platforms.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in supporting real-time and historical analytics from a shared data foundation.
β’ Nice to have: Experience with AI/ML products and data requirements for AI Agents, interaction analytics, or generative AI applications.
β’ Nice to have: Experience in modernizing legacy analytics/data architectures.
