📋 Description

• Offer advanced analytical assistance for business operations spanning claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting.

• Extract, load, model, and reconcile extensive datasets across various system platforms and sources.

• Analyze data to ascertain operational impacts and necessary actions.

• Bring to management's attention issues, trends, areas needing improvement, and potential opportunities.

• Generate reports and deliverables while providing recommendations to management.

• Utilize MS Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools for data modeling.

• Support management in making data-driven business decisions.

• Guarantee compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits and analysis.

• Aid in training and mentoring fellow Data Analysts.

• Help in defining workload and related tasks for other Data Analysts.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis.

• Experience in managing projects or significant involvement in project implementation.

• Intermediate to advanced SQL programming skills are preferred.

• Power BI development skills are preferred.

• Ability to construct SQL code from the ground up is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare analytics or provider data management is preferred.

• Familiarity with healthcare analytics domains including claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, or external reporting is preferred.
