Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy and advancement of the Data function.

• Design and implement the data roadmap in accordance with business goals.

• Lead, nurture, and organize Data teams effectively.

• Ensure the continuous development of Data architecture, platforms, products, and solutions.

• Establish priorities and make strategic choices regarding the Data ecosystem.

• Uphold standards for data quality, governance, security, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Operations, and other strategic divisions.

• Convert business needs into Data solutions and products.

• Promote a data-driven culture and enhance the utilization of analytics and intelligence.

• Oversee modernization, automation, and efficiency initiatives related to data.

• Connect technical experts with executive leadership.

• Keep abreast of market trends and new technologies, including AI applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience in leading Data teams.

• Technical expertise to engage in discussions about architecture, platforms, data engineering, analytics, and technical decisions.

• Familiarity with technology environments and/or digital products.

• Strong business insight and the capability to convert business challenges into data-driven solutions.

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities across all organizational levels.

• Capacity to collaborate closely with executive leadership.

• Experience in transformation, scaling, and technology evolution contexts.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Preferred qualifications include experience in technology companies or with digital products; AI/ML; Data Products; cloud platforms and modern Data architectures; Data governance, quality, and observability; leadership of multidisciplinary organizations or Data leaders.
