This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +4 more countries.
• Design and take ownership of the HR data and reporting framework that spans across divisions and countries.
• Lead the initiative to enhance HiBob data quality in collaboration with HR Operations.
• Establish and enforce mandatory reporting standards for headcount, attrition, vacancies, cost to plan, and payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR Systems and IT on configurations and integrations for HiBob, Teamtailor, Culture Amp, and other people systems.
• Create and sustain division-specific people dashboards.
• Identify patterns and anomalies in people data that indicate business risks or opportunities.
• Provide analytical assistance for salary reviews, merit cycles, and pay gap reporting.
• Develop group-wide workforce planning models.
• Connect people data to business performance metrics.
• Support HRLT and Division/HR governance reporting for QBRs.
• Evaluate and cultivate opportunities for AI and automation, including predictive attrition modeling, hiring funnel analysis, and workforce cost simulation.
• Build internal analytics capabilities and potentially establish a small analytics team.
• Serve as an internal authority and advocate for data-driven decision-making in HR.
• Report directly to the CHRO.
• 5–7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence.
• Ideally possess experience in a complex, multi-country or multi-entity setting.
• Demonstrated success in building HR analytics capabilities from the ground up.
• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with engagement survey tools, preferably Culture Amp.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms.
• Experience in a company undergoing structural changes, M&A activities, or transitioning from a decentralized to a more integrated operating model is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to present people data and insights to senior business leaders, including CEOs and board members.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Zenlytic, Tableau, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is advantageous.
• Capability to translate complex data into concise narratives.
• Strong business acumen.
• High attention to detail in data quality and procedural rigor.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and with incomplete data.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starting attitude.
• Direct and confident communication style.
• Collaborative yet assertive.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• Location flexible within Europe, with regular travel to team.blue hub locations anticipated.
