This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Act as a strategic consultant, directing measurement strategies and transforming data into innovative frameworks for successful cross-channel outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with clients to design, execute, and enhance marketing and data analytics initiatives.
• Lead efforts that involve integrating multi-channel data, developing insights frameworks, and converting analytics into business results.
• Co-develop marketing analytics strategies that facilitate personalization, attribution, and optimization of media mix.
• Convert intricate customer behavior data into scalable frameworks for innovative cross-channel marketing.
• Spearhead cross-functional analytics projects and enterprise-wide insights initiatives.
• Represent analytics expertise in the creation of insights, client consultations, strategic planning, and solution development.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor colleagues in advanced analytics methodologies.
• Design and supervise marketing science projects, including testing frameworks, predictive modeling, and audience performance assessment.
• Create tailored customer and/or store segmentation models, forecasting models, and analytical solutions.
• Present insights and solutions to high-level executive clients.
• Manage projects and supervise the work of junior analysts.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Minimum).
• At least 9 years of experience in Advanced Marketing or Product Analytics roles.
• Preferred business vertical experience in Retail, Financial Services, Automotive, or CPG.
• Proficient in Python and/or R.
• Strong SQL skills; capable of interpreting data models, crafting efficient queries, and independently extracting data for analytical projects with minimal assistance.
• Solid understanding of probability theory and proficiency in linear, logistic, and multinomial regression.
• Ability to create custom models using contemporary machine learning ensembling techniques and software, and to build tailored solutions directly in R and Python.
• Experience in developing customer and/or store segmentation models.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Comfortable presenting to executive-level clients.
• Skills in consultative selling.
• Strong active listening and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to lead projects and supervise junior analysts.
• Capacity to build relationships with Marketing Technologies/IT and Account Management.
• Ability to independently create solutions with little supervision.
• Familiarity with modern cloud database solutions such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Background in Azure DevOps, Git, or similar version control systems.
• Basic data engineering skills and ability to work collaboratively with data engineers on production processes.
• Experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SiSense.
• Preferred experience with ARIMAX models, Marketing Mix, and Multi-Touch Attribution.
• Desirable experience in causal analysis.
• Foundational understanding of attitudinal research and segmentation methodologies.
• Comfortable using generative AI for code development, research conducting, methodology summarization, and creating client-facing presentations.
• Preferred experience with PySpark, Snowpark, and Pandas.
• Understanding of graph databases and NoSQL, with experience in semi-structured and unstructured data strongly desired.
