This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the Baldwin Group's Corporate Systems product, which encompasses Marketing, Compliance & Legal, HR, and Finance.
• Implement the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's mission, Long Term Plan, and priorities for Growth Services transformation.
• Utilize enterprise metrics across four sub-streams to drive data-informed decision making.
• Synthesize the agendas of the CMO, General Counsel/Compliance, CHRO, and CFO into a single prioritized and coherent roadmap.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams from corporate functions to collect requirements and feedback.
• Mentor Product Owners or analysts assigned to specific sub-streams.
• Work together with platform teams to balance the goals of feature development and user adoption.
• Lead the validation of AI-enabled workflows through organized pilot programs.
• Assess AI-assisted capabilities for production deployment, including Tier classification and Agent Registry compliance.
• Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Implement pilot programs prior to full-scale rollout.
• Create and maintain an integrated FOUNDATION → NOW → NEXT product roadmap.
• Ensure alignment between internal roadmaps and SaaS roadmaps.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across traditionally siloed functions.
• Act as a bridge between executive stakeholders and shared platform teams.
• Manage Corporate Systems changes based on a shared infrastructure.
• Provide regular updates regarding progress, trade-offs, product strategy, and roadmap sequencing.
• Define product and feature requirements in Jira cards.
• Oversee and drive KPIs across Marketing, HR, Finance, and Legal sectors.
• Utilize stakeholder feedback and analytics to refine and enhance the product.
• 8–10 years of demonstrable experience in digital product management.
• Significant experience with enterprise/internal-facing systems, including HR tech, martech, legal tech, or FP&A/finance systems.
• Ideally, experience within financial services, insurance, or a similar regulated industry.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Capability to develop and articulate a product vision to various C-suite and General Counsel-level stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, platform/infrastructure teams, and leaders in HR, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing diverse function-specific metrics to guide unified product decisions.
• Experience in dynamic, high-impact teams utilizing AI tools such as vibe-coding and Claude Code.
• Proven AI fluency, including the design or evaluation of AI-assisted internal tools that involve people, legal, or financial risk considerations.
• Ability to establish human-in-the-loop guardrails and convey AI behavior and limitations to non-technical, risk-sensitive executive stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in shared-services or platform product management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Workday, HubSpot, legal/contract review tools, or FP&A and financial reporting systems.
• Preferred: Experience with Jira.
• Preferred: Skills in data-driven decision-making and proficiency in relevant analytics tools.
