This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for customized storefront experiences for retailers.
• Develop a code editor that allows retailers to personalize placements using AI-generated text and image prompts.
• Achieve a balance between retailer flexibility and platform coherence, ensuring brand differentiation, conversion, and the core value of the platform.
• Facilitate increasingly sophisticated retailer add-ons and integrations with external tools.
• Collaborate with retailers as a strategic advisor.
• Work alongside commercial teams and various R&D groups.
• Provide cohesive, enterprise-ready solutions that retailers can implement and scale.
• Lead senior engineering and multidisciplinary teams toward impactful results.
• Propel execution in a high-visibility product area characterized by ambiguity.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B product management or a related field.
• Extensive experience at the intersection of product development and go-to-market strategies, collaborating with enterprise sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Proven ability to establish trust with executives, both internally and externally.
• Strong leadership capabilities across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-To-Market functions.
• Proficiency in addressing complex product challenges amidst high levels of ambiguity.
• Excellent product vision and communication abilities.
• Capacity to foresee the evolution of grocery and e-commerce in the next three years.
• Skill in translating immediate requests into scalable platform offerings.
• Ability to integrate emerging technologies beyond just incremental enhancements.
• Talent for building trust with external clients.
• Expertise in identifying needs and designing complex platform solutions.
• Ability to unite internal teams towards crucial trade-offs in uncertain conditions and under tight timelines.
• Fluency in product intuition and data, effectively balancing qualitative insights with quantitative outcomes.
• Preferred: experience with AI-driven creation tools utilizing text/image prompts.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or customer discovery with senior executives.
