Senior Product Manager – Consumer Lending

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for the consumer lending product, emphasizing growth and scalability.

• Set and implement the strategy to scale the business line effectively.

• Discover product, pricing, distribution, and partnership strategies that facilitate growth.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to launch, refine, and expand the product.

• Work alongside marketing and growth teams to enhance acquisition, activation, and retention efforts.

• Partner with credit risk teams to ensure a balance between growth and portfolio health.

• Make certain that underwriting and risk frameworks evolve in tandem with the business.

• Recognize new opportunities, channels, and product expansions to responsibly grow the lending portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong product management background, preferably in fintech or financial products.

• Direct experience with consumer lending or credit products, including knowledge of underwriting, risk, and loan book operations.

• Proven history in business development or scaling products from initial traction to significant growth.

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, ownership-driven environments where speed and accountability are essential.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing/growth, and credit risk teams.

• A growth-oriented and commercially focused mindset aimed at scaling a business.

• Experience in the Mexican or Latin American fintech landscape (preferred).

• Familiarity with secured or collateral-based lending products (preferred).
