Senior Product Manager, Construction Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and maintain a prioritized roadmap for Construction Financials.

• Conduct research on workflows for owners and general contractors through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and feedback from customer interactions.

• Convert customer pain points into actionable product opportunities and enhancements.

• Validate product concepts through prototypes and targeted customer experiments.

• Oversee the entire process from discovery, development, and launch to post-launch analysis and iterative improvements.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams on assumptions, trade-offs, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

• Define and monitor metrics for adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

• Assess integration opportunities for lenders across Built’s platform.

• Work alongside product marketing and customer-facing teams on launches, product value propositions, and gathering feedback.

• Analyze market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies.

• Align the product roadmap with the broader platform strategy and effectively communicate priorities and decisions.

• Establish processes for customer discovery and concept testing.

• Deliver significant product enhancements and evaluate their impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a successful history of developing products from ideation through launch and iteration.

• Proven experience in creating B2B software products that streamline complex customer workflows.

• Demonstrated ability in leading customer discovery, testing product concepts, and converting feedback into product decisions.

• Experience collaborating with sales and customer-facing teams to identify barriers to adoption and prioritize improvements.

• Capable of making trade-offs based on incomplete information and iterating rapidly.

• Previous experience in construction technology or building products tailored for construction owners and general contractors is highly desirable.

• Experience in a SaaS or fintech environment is a significant advantage.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency of work.

• Employ AI for drafting, analysis, summarization, and problem-solving purposes.

• Identify opportunities for automating workflows and minimizing manual effort through AI.

• Apply AI to enhance decision-making and strategic insights.

• Share effective AI use cases and best practices with the team.
