Senior Product Manager – Clinician Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with existing and prospective partners on customer research, business development, feedback collection, and product planning.

• Establish product release segments for the clinician experience and enhance time to value.

• Assess and analyze product success and failure metrics, ensuring they align with business objectives.

• Align the product team around strategic initiatives and prioritize tasks to optimize user outcomes, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote business growth.

• Develop roadmaps, product briefs, and other documentation to unify the organization.

• Assist in the product development and launch processes.

• Oversee milestones and deliverables.

• Define and evaluate success metrics and customer feedback mechanisms.

• Create solutions in collaboration with customers and external stakeholders.

• Work alongside marketing and operations to introduce products to the market.

• Facilitate product decisions across the organization, customers, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 4 years experience with clinician-facing solutions.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities with a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills to utilize data for informed decision-making and driving business impact.

• Capability to prioritize strategically within a complex healthcare environment.

• User-centered, empathetic, and inquisitive approach to product development.

• Proven success in advancing software products.

• Comfortable making calculated risks and decisions amidst uncertainty.

• Must be located within the United States.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations and/or conferences, approximately 1–2 trips per quarter.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at application and throughout employment.

• Visa sponsorship is not available from the employer.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience (preferred).

• Background in healthcare and understanding of healthcare complexities (preferred).

• Experience in a dynamic startup environment (preferred).
