This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of scheduling and manage the lab experience from start to finish, encompassing the core clinical operations platform.
• Develop workforce-planning tools to enhance care-team capacity.
• Create and implement AI-driven features that boost scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround times, and staffing decisions.
• Work alongside clinical and operations stakeholders to convert their requirements into specifications, user stories, and Jira tasks.
• Guide cross-functional agile teams through the processes of ideation, launch, and iterative improvement.
• Establish and monitor metrics related to scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, staffing utilization, and the quality of care.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure that solutions are interpretable, clinically safe, and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows.
• Ensure that product direction aligns with the company's strategic vision and operational objectives.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, operations, or workflow platforms.
• Proven experience in delivering AI/ML-powered features, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and personalization, with demonstrable metric improvements.
• Background in designing and launching products that serve operational or care-team-related workflows, such as scheduling, staffing, or logistics.
• Capability to develop complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features within regulated environments.
• Familiarity with demand forecasting or capacity/supply modeling.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and the needs of multidisciplinary care teams.
• Competence in leading agile teams and managing the entire product development lifecycle.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities combined with effective execution skills.
• Comfort with A/B testing, defining KPIs, navigating ambiguity, and rapid iteration.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication capabilities.
• Experience with EMR or core clinical operations platforms such as Epic or athenahealth is highly advantageous.
• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
