Senior Product Manager, BA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy for growth initiatives, emphasizing conversion rate optimization (CRO), referral mechanisms, and retention strategies.

• Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact growth opportunities across e-commerce platforms and owned marketing channels.

• Convert business objectives into precise product specifications.

• Oversee agile processes, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.

• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across web and app interfaces.

• Lead a dedicated or cross-functional growth team and manage fast-paced backlogs.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Marketing to develop scalable growth functionalities.

• Align traffic with high-conversion experiences.

• Define and monitor North Star metrics and leading indicators in collaboration with Data and Analytics teams.

• Serve as a strategic ally to Marketing, facilitating personalization, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation through technological advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within B2C e-commerce or marketplace settings.

• Proficient in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation.

• Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics, SQL, or similar tools.

• Comfortable with technical aspects such as APIs, tracking pixels, and data schemas.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results in a consumer software or platform-driven environment.

• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and best practices, including wireframing.

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum development setting.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in spoken English at an advanced level.

• Proficient in Spanish at an advanced level.
