This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.
• Oversee the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of B2B sourcing products at Monster.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap creation to go-to-market execution and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to develop, launch, test, and implement new features organization-wide.
• Integrate B2B customer and employer requirements into product planning and execution for intricate product lines.
• Outline the B2B roadmap across the native platform and HR technology ecosystem integrations.
• Conduct exploratory sessions with customer-facing teams, clients, and HR partners.
• Enhance onboarding, customer interactions, integrations, and partner strategies to boost adoption, usage, satisfaction, and retention.
• Lead a cross-functional agile product team alongside engineering, design, and business collaborators.
• Specify product epics and requirements while maintaining prioritization frameworks.
• Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing programs.
• Provide updates on product performance, roadmap advancements, and significant risks or dependencies to leadership.
• Identify and cultivate new product opportunities based on market dynamics, emerging technologies, and customer demands.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in B2B HR technology, sourcing, or enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to lead high-impact projects across complex ecosystems and deliver substantial products and services at scale.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, Jira, Figma, Looker, Mixpanel, and experimentation frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to balance swift execution, customer impact, and long-term innovation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous objectives into actionable plans.
• Skill in synthesizing insights from customers, sales, support, analytics, and engineering into priorities and requirements.
• History of rapidly delivering, measuring, and enhancing products.
• Capability to make progress with incomplete data, processes, or ownership.
• Experience managing projects from launch through to post-launch adoption, measurement, fixes, and clean-up.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership, clients, and external partners.
• Excellent collaboration and team-building abilities.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology related field is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
