This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Drive the product roadmap for the designated domain, ensuring initiatives are aligned with company objectives and quantifiable business results.
• Identify significant opportunities by posing critical questions, collecting data, and utilizing first-principles reasoning.
• Lead the go-to-market strategies for major product releases and new offerings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success on positioning, pricing, enablement, and launch strategies.
• Translate strategic goals into detailed requirements and prioritize interrelated features.
• Work alongside Engineering on effort estimations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams on user flows and refined designs while managing technical compromises.
• Advocate for responsible and practical applications of AI and establish success metrics.
• Maintain product plans, backlogs, and relevant documentation.
• Evaluate release readiness and escalate quality concerns to leadership.
• Exemplify strong product practices and provide informal coaching to junior product managers.
• Communicate decisions and updates to executives, peers, and cross-functional teams.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven success in launching AI-driven products or incorporating AI/ML into product operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives for significant product launches, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
• Ability to dissect complex problems and create elegant, data-driven solutions through first-principles thinking.
• Strong technical knowledge encompassing architecture, APIs, and engineering trade-offs.
• Established history of delivering high-quality features in an agile setting and evaluating impact using clear metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; capable of influencing without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
