β’ Advocate for product principles focused on transparency, knowledge compounding, expert decision-making, and scalability through configurability.
β’ Operate in an AI-native, prototype-first manner utilizing LLMs and contemporary building tools to specify and rigorously evaluate ideas, deliver incremental updates, assess accuracy and throughput, and enhance processes in rapid cycles.
β’ Establish and measure success metrics, including extraction accuracy, inter-annotator agreement, throughput, and reduction in cost-per-dataset.
β’ Oversee the product release process and create launch materials in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
β’ Define the vision and roadmap for the product, transforming complex clinical data into reliable, structured evidence.

β’ Previous product management experience in an agile development context, with a strong familiarity with JIRA and the ability to decompose work into well-defined epics and stories.

β’ Experience with clinical data annotation, chart abstraction, reference-standard creation, or human-in-the-loop AI workflows (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with healthcare data standards and vocabularies (e.g., OMOP, FHIR, CDA) and de-identification protocols (preferred).
β’ Experience in the life sciences domain, particularly concerning observational research studies and disease-specific cohorts (preferred).

β’ 401K plan with employer match.
