This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic business plans and initiatives for current and upcoming products that support safe patient recovery in the ICU and other environments.
• Develop and execute tactical plans to achieve product, financial, and corporate growth goals.
• Oversee all stages of product development from conceptualization to product launch.
• Gather and evaluate voice-of-customer insights from key opinion leaders, customers, market research, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint customer needs and market demands.
• Establish product concepts and assist in the creation of support requirements.
• Advocate for new product development across both internal and external teams.
• Write User Needs, Stakeholder Requirements, and Product Marketing Requirements documents.
• Act as the product management representative on core teams and ensure customer feedback is integrated throughout the development process.
• Aid in the identification, prioritization, and development of new product opportunities while quantifying their business impact.
• Develop business cases and conduct market opportunity analyses.
• Serve as an internal and external product expert throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, resources, and comprehensive project plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing on new product launches.
• Formulate product pricing and positioning strategies, which encompass training, segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
• Travel regularly to assess customer and market perspectives.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing & Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
• BA/BS degree is required.
• At least 7 years of successful experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven experience in defining data and connectivity solutions.
• Familiarity with products that interface with Electronic Health Record systems, such as EPIC.
• Well-informed about the dynamics of medical device markets.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across various business units and functions.
• Strong learning agility; adaptable and flexible.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team; self-driven.
• Understanding of how products are adopted within healthcare environments.
• Ability to influence, facilitate, and collaborate with different stakeholders within the company.
• Proficient in PC applications: MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Availability for regular travel (20–40%).
• Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree, over 10 years of product management experience, experience in the medical device industry, and knowledge of critical care devices.
