Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Driver and Rider applications on both mobile and web platforms.

• Manage the entire backlog, which includes user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint objectives, Definition of Done, and scope trade-offs.

• Facilitate or participate in agile ceremonies that are lightweight, such as standups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Conduct customer interviews and engage in product discovery to pinpoint opportunities and validate proposed solutions.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance product workflow, research, documentation, prototyping, and mockups.

• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to rebuild trust in delivery and demonstrate credible progress in modernization.

• Work alongside UX/Design throughout the discovery and delivery phases, utilizing user research and design rigor.

• Implement prioritization frameworks to ensure that roadmap and backlog decisions are clear and justifiable.

• Balance technical investments with immediate delivery requirements, including decisions regarding building, buying, or partnering.

• Identify, monitor, and manage technical debt effectively.

• Establish and track quality and performance metrics to foster continuous improvement.

• Provide updates and presentations to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

• Assist in go-to-market initiatives such as positioning, launch planning, and enablement content in collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales.

• Serve as a product evangelist for the Driver and Rider applications both internally and externally with customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B product management role within a technology company.

• Demonstrated experience overseeing both mobile and web application products.

• A solid track record of full-cycle agile ownership, encompassing story writing, acceptance criteria, ceremony facilitation, and team unblocking.

• Hands-on experience with structured prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and weighted scoring.

• Practical experience using AI tools for prototyping/mockups and day-to-day product management processes.

• Experience in customer interviews and product discovery is highly preferred.

• Background in the transit, transportation, or mobility industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to cultivate solid relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Comfortable presenting to influencers, senior executives, and industry audiences.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

• Willingness to travel periodically within North America for customer visits.

• In the USA, this job profile is classified as EXEMPT and is not eligible for paid overtime.
