Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product strategy and roadmap for a key opportunity area.

• Prioritize tasks based on business outcomes.

• Establish domain KPIs and ensure the team remains accountable to them.

• Coordinate efforts among Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations.

• Conduct discovery sessions directly with attorneys, operators, case managers, and claimants.

• Oversee UX and design for the domain, including the creation of prototyping requirements and solutions.

• Make informed decisions, establish priorities, and drive execution independently.

• Collaborate with the VP of Product and company leadership on strategic initiatives.

• Develop technology infrastructure encompassing an AI-enabled intake engine, case management platform, and client-facing portal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of delivering software that positively impacted the business.

• Proficient in architectural discussions, APIs, and data flows.

• Experience in prototyping requirements and solutions for engineering teams.

• Background in creating AI-enabled product features.

• Strategic thinker capable of linking user challenges to company-wide objectives.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure in undefined areas.

• Adaptable and inquisitive.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into actionable insights.

• Experience in legal tech or other operationally complex industries is advantageous.
